- Please book 7–14 days in advance / 预约请提前 7～14 天
- Late arrivals over 30 minutes will be cancelled / 迟到 30 分钟以上默认取消
- Feel free to bring photos for reference. We try our best but may not achieve 100% match. / 欢迎带图，无法完全还原，敬请理解
- Please reserve enough time. Basic nail service starts from 2.5 hrs, extension starts from 4 hrs. / 请预留充足时间：本甲 2.5 小时起，延长 4 小时起
- Please inform in advance if nail removal is needed / 如需卸甲请提前说明
- Free touch-up within 7 days / 7 天内免费修补
